Refund & Returns Policy

At HD Displays, we’re committed to delivering exceptional digital signage products and reliable service. We understand that, on occasion, you may need to cancel an order or return an item. This policy outlines how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds clearly and fairly.

1. Order Cancellations

1.1 Cancellations Within 24 Hours

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. A full refund will be issued with no questions asked.

1.2 Cancellations After 24 Hours

If you wish to cancel your order after the 24-hour window but before the item has been dispatched, we will still issue a full refund. Once an item has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and our standard returns policy will apply.

2. Returns Policy

2.1 Standard Products

We accept returns on standard (non-customised) products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.

Once received and inspected, a full refund will be processed. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2.2 Returns After 14 Days

Returns requested beyond the 14 days may be considered at our discretion and could be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

2.3 Custom-Built or Branded Products

Products that are customised, built-to-order, or branded with your logo or content are non-refundable, unless faulty or incorrect. These items are specifically made for your business and cannot be resold.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@hddisplays.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. Package the item securely and clearly mark the package with the RMA number.

  4. Send the product to the return address provided. We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.

HD Displays cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

  • If the return is due to a fault or error on our part, we will also reimburse standard return shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

To report an issue:

  1. Email support@hddisplays.co.uk with your order number.

  2. Provide a short description of the issue along with clear photographs.

  3. Once validated, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.

Important: Reports made beyond the 24-hour window may not be eligible for resolution, especially in cases of transit-related damage. We strongly advise inspecting your delivery immediately upon arrival.

6. Incorrect Items

If we have sent the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange collection and send the correct item at no additional cost.

7. Dispute Resolution

Our team is committed to resolving any concerns quickly and fairly. If you are unhappy with your purchase or experience:

  • Filing a chargeback or dispute before contacting us may delay resolution and could incur additional administrative fees.

8. Legal Compliance

This policy is governed by UK consumer protection laws. In any instance where a clause conflicts with statutory rights, the law shall prevail.
