Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

  • "Company" refers to HD Displays, a trading name under Right IT Services Ltd.

  • "Buyer" denotes any individual or entity placing an order with the Company.

  • "Goods" encompass all products and services offered by the Company.

  • "Contract" signifies the agreement between the Company and the Buyer for the sale and purchase of Goods.

2. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales and services provided by the Company. Any deviations or additional terms proposed by the Buyer are only valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing by the Company.

3. Orders and Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse any order without providing a reason.

  • Orders are considered accepted only upon written confirmation from the Company.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • The Company reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice due to market fluctuations or errors.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full at the time of order placement unless alternative terms have been agreed upon in writing.

  • The Company accepts payments via major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved methods.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 2% above the Bank of England base rate.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. The Company is not liable for delays beyond its control.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery.

  • The Buyer is responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information. Additional charges may apply for redelivery due to incorrect details.

7. Inspection and Acceptance

  • The Buyer must inspect the Goods upon receipt and notify the Company of any defects or discrepancies within 24 hours.

  • Failure to notify within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the Goods.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

  • Customised or bespoke products are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Returns must be authorised by the Company and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

9. Warranty

  • The Company warrants that the Goods will be free from material defects for a period specified in the product documentation.

  • This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.

  • The Company's liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective Goods.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company's liability for any claim arising out of the Contract is limited to the purchase price of the Goods.

  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in the Goods and related materials remain with the Company.

  • The Buyer shall not reproduce, modify, or distribute any materials without the Company's prior written consent.

12. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, or governmental actions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
