Estate agent window displays that stay readable in direct sun
Estate agents need commercial window displays of at least 2,500 nits for street-facing windows and 3,500 nits for south-facing ones. Portrait 43" or 55" screens hung on ceiling cables are the standard setup. HD Displays supplies them from £499 ex VAT, with free UK mainland delivery.

Mix listings with valuation offers and in-house mortgage advice between properties.

Questions we're asked by estate agents
What brightness do estate agent window displays need?
For a south-facing window in direct sun, 3,500 nits. For a bright street with some shade, about 2,500 nits. For a covered or north-facing window, 800 nits is enough. Consumer TVs (around 350 nits) wash out behind glass.
Should estate agent screens be portrait or landscape?
Portrait (9:16) is standard because property listings are designed tall, with the photo above the price and details. Landscape suits video tours on an inside wall.
Can the screens show listings from our CRM automatically?
Yes. With a cloud CMS, listings can be pulled from a property feed so new instructions and price changes update without anyone touching the screen.
How much does an estate agent window display cost?
An 800-nit window display starts at £499 ex VAT and a 3,500-nit display at £1,770 ex VAT. A typical two-screen window with hanging kit and cloud content is quoted per branch.
